Document retention policies often require e-mails to be archived and/or deleted after a certain time. This can also help with mailbox cleanup. Hiri needs a way to say "Archive/Delete all e-mails older than X months"

When cancelling a meeting, it should be possible to add a cancellation note to be sent out to participants - such as "cancelling today because of bears emptying the honeyjars over the weekend - rangers have been advised".
