suggestion on mail
I get a lot of mails with two different attachments
one a PDF one a PPT.
would suggest using icons as often the names being long, I cant tell one from the other without opening.

In addition to this downloading in the format that you need can be useful. For example downloading .doc as .pdf or maybe .csv to .xls etc.
