Don't make subject lines mandatory

Idea: Instead of popping up a note that says, "X Please fill subject line", pop up a friendly dialog box for text entry that says, "Would you like to add a subject?". And whether you type anything in or not, when you hit send again, + in my case, it just sends with no subject.

I send commands to systems which do not need any subject. In particular, commands and confirmation sent to listserv does not need a subject - especially, when the body of the email is 'OK'.

Perhaps a shift+ctrl+enter could skip a subject check?
